Eligible Ukrainians Can Now Apply for Re-Parole

Beginning February 27, 2024, Ukrainian citizens displaced by the Russian invasion since February 11, 2022, can apply for re-parole in the U.S. for up to 2 years. Applications will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for humanitarian reasons or public benefit. Applying online via Form I-131 is encouraged for faster processing. USCIS will consider the ongoing crisis in Ukraine when evaluating requests. This extends the prior temporary parole and work authorization measures implemented following Russia’s invasion.
